Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → OpenCal AI → Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Google Play Store app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → OpenCal AI → Cancel.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Open OpenCal AI, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

How do I delete my account?

Inside the app, open Settings → Delete Account. This triggers a server-side cascade that removes your profile, meal history, and uploaded photos. Some IAP receipts retained by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat for tax/audit reasons are kept per their policies.

Why does the calorie estimate sometimes look off?

Estimates come from an AI vision model and are approximate. Lighting, angle, plate size, and hidden ingredients all matter. Use the manual edit option on any meal to correct it — your edits are saved to your history.

How do I contact a human?
